Product Description

This production line is a painting production line for carbon steel structural parts. The coating method is manual or oblique hanging dipping of packaged frames. It adopts power and free overhead conveyor system, and forklift assists manual loading and unloading.

Production line process:
forklift assisted manual loading → dipping and painting(6min) → dripping paint (90min) → paint drying (48min 60-80°C) → natural cooling (6min) → forklift assisted manual unloading
